fantastic stay with friendly staff
clean roomsdaily servicehelpful staff
the rooms were clean and serviced daily. the staff was very helpful. Julissa, carolina, and alex at check-in were great. the pool area was super clean, and i will definitely return. I had no issues at all.
the hallways could have been vacuumed more often, but it didn't bother me too much.

The water park includes several slides and a lazy river. The main pool is heated. there are sufficient loungers around the pool area. The hotel offers free shuttle buses to the theme parks.

The staff was always ready to assist with any request, this created a cute environment. i was always greeted with a smile. The reception staff provided quick check-in and check-out service.

i found the staff very hospitable. alex from venezuela at the front desk answered all my questions and made check-in easy. the text function really helped us communicate with a newborn. they provided a crib including bedding too.
The hotel rooms felt a bit outdated. Some minor fixtures needed repair.

the breakfast service included kind staff such as sandra. she greeted us every morning with a smile and provided loving care, it made our mornings more cute. she delivered excellent service.

my room had two beds and a pull-out couch, and it gave plenty of room for my family. the room felt bigger than a standard room. housekeeping came daily to tidy up and bring fresh linen. towels were always fresh.

The staff replenished the towels each day, and that was good.
The covered kid pool was very cold. My child shivered. The outdoor water play area operated on a rotating schedule and closed every hour (I did not expect that).
